Restoration 1 of Cleveland West is locally owned and operated by Dan Mikhno, a 15-year defense civil service veteran and corporate finance professional who traded boardrooms and deployments for something closer to home — his own community in west Cleveland.

Dan's background is anything but typical for a restoration owner. From military operations in war zones to corporate roles in energy, transportation, and commercial real estate, he's built his career on reliability, genuine care for the people around him, and a belief that no job is too menial and no customer left behind.
