During the Holidays we had a kitchen fire that caused substantial smoke damage to the entire house. In the past I had used another remediation company in the valley for flood damage that was a disaster, poor project management and a big disappointment. Unlike the previous company Restoration 1 came within a few hours from another job to evaluate the damage. I was very impressed with Tadd's demeanor, professionalism and Staff. He was easy to talk to, a Great Listener and conveyed confidence knowing his business. I signed with Tadd that day. Photo's, testing and job preparation began the following day. During the remediation my wife and I stayed at a hotel. Restoration 1 always kept us in the loop of their progress and concerns as they progressed with the project. They were also very respectful and empathic with my wife's stage 4 cancer and really went beyond the call of duty to eliminate any kind of stress.
