Restoration 1 of Fox Valley (Oswego, IL) opened its doors in late 2019 and quickly hit the ground running. With its core team of owner/operator Mark Sandstrom and project manager Luke Wilke, the location is providing the highest level of mitigation and remediation services to the cities and towns in the Fox Valley region. From St. Charles to Aurora, Naperville to Geneva, we are here to help!
Our mission statement is simple: Do no harm, help people, and make friends along the way.
Restoration 1 of Fox Valley is your home’s medical team after a catastrophic event occurs. We identify the damage, clean out the infection (so to speak), and make the necessary repairs or referrals to specialists to get your home 100% again. R1 of Fox Valley is constantly recruiting and cultivating relationships with the trades, ensuring their ability to provide whatever resources a client might need during their event. Our goal is to become our customer’s go to resource. We are committed to providing smart, accurate guidance and direction to our clients so they can make informed decisions about their homes or businesses.
This approach has resulted in rapid growth allowing R1FV to expand from one to four territories during 2020 despite a pandemic that throttled the economy. The trend line is up, and we are not slowing down.
Our local community involvement includes memberships in various Chambers, BNI’s, and small business networking groups. We also look to support local dog rescue and adoption programs, as well as military families.
R1 of Fox Valley’s strong social media presence allows clients and referral partners to stay up to date on latest news, trends, and innovations that Mark and his team employ to set the standard for quality and safety. Many of our clients have become advocates for R1FV, sending us referrals through Facebook. We value our clients and are appreciative of their support.
