Sherry Rose
Sherry Rose is the Chief Executive Officer of Restoration 1. Her focus is on operations, strategy development, and customer experience for the franchise.
Before joining Restoration 1, Sherry worked for ServiceMaster, a billion-dollar global business consisting of company-owned locations and franchised multi-unit organizations. For 15 years. she served in various leadership and support roles for brands including Terminix, ServiceMaster Restore, and Merry Maids.
Sherry graduated from Wheaton College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Micah Findley
Micah Findley is Chief Development Officer for Restoration 1. His focus is on developing and implementing Restoration 1’s strategic initiatives for North American franchise development. Previously Micah served as Vice President of Operations for Restoration 1 since February 2016.
Prior to joining Restoration 1, Micah served as Franchise Consultant at The Dwyer Group (now called Neighborly) in Waco, TX, from August 2012 to January 2016. And from August 2010 to July 2012 as a personal banker at Chase Bank in Dallas, TX.
Micah graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.

Tom Gissler
Tom Gissler serves as President for Restoration 1. His emphasis is on income diversity, profit maximization, and creative marketing.
Tom brings a wealth of experience in restoration franchising to the company, having held leadership positions with Servpro, PuroClean, Belfor, Rytech, and more. For more than a decade, Tom has been committed to helping businesses grow and succeed.

Shari Anz
Shari Anz serves as Controller for Restoration 1. She oversees the organization’s daily accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable departments.
Shari is a CPA who previously held financial leadership positions with global leaders in franchising, real estate development, nonprofit, and technical/workforce education.

Jay Holland
Jay Holland is Vice President of Franchise Systems for Restoration 1. His focus is to streamline systems inside the franchise brand to help automate and replicate business processes to accelerate growth. Jay has a passion for when people and systems come together to create remarkable results in business based on a common goal.
Previous career experiences include serving as a business consultant for both Restoration 1 and Neighborly (previously The Dwyer Group) and a business development manager at a local ServiceMaster franchise.
