Ryan Ulrich, the owner of Restoration 1 of Kansas City, is a passionate professional with the goal of providing honest, timely and skilled restoration services to residents across the metropolitan area. Born and raised in Lee’s Summit, Ryan grew up with three brothers and surrounded by a family that instilled strong values and an incredible work ethic.
Professionally, Ryan is relentless in forming great teams while building a company and culture employees can be proud of. Investing in people, relationships, and continuous learning is the foundation of Restoration 1 and guides the work they provide to the residents of Kansas City.
Ryan married his best friend and adventure partner, Lindsey, in 2014. Lindsey has worked as a Registered Dietitian at Children’s Mercy Hospital since 2009 serving patients with pediatric epilepsy.
Together, Ryan and Lindsey are passionate about many causes in the Kansas City community. Ryan and Lindsey have served as a big couple for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City since 2015 and participate in a variety of fundraising efforts for great Kansas City organizations. Avid Royals, Chiefs and Sporting KC fans, Ryan and Lindsey love attending local sporting events, as well as traveling to the mountains and enjoying their many outdoor hobbies.
Ryan and Lindsey will welcome their first son to their family this December. He will join their 6-year-old hound dog, Miles, as the center of their world.
Ryan attended Pittsburg State University and obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration. He is certified by the IICRC as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Microbial Restoration Technician (AMRT), and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT).
